Navigating Organizational Politics
Lean in! Push open … Step out? Speak up! What works? Who is right? How can we become smarter at navigating the complex dynamics of the work environment?
In Part Two of our Playing Your Own Game series, we get practical and interactive. We will learn how to identify the social primers and business cues that affect our varied work environments. Armed with these new key insights, we will explore ways to maximise our impact in a business context.
Leading the session will be two professionals sharing over 40 years of experience between them:
Daniela Sfameni, HR Executive at UBS AG will be returning, to be joined by Louisa Robb, Independent Coach and Consultant.
Daniela has been working in the Human Resources profession for over 20 years. Prior to UBS, she worked in many different HR Executives roles within Allianz SE, Allianz Global Investors Group and Allianz Asset Management; HYPO BANK (today UniCredit) and the German Treuhandanstalt focusing on Venture Capital and MBO/MBI projects. She has a Masters in Law from the University of Hamburg, is a Founding Member of the Board of Directors of the Human Capital Club and a Certified Omega Health Coach (Dr. med. Roy Martina).
Louisa comes from a 20 year career in the financial services sector, spanning roles including Global Chief Operating Officer for Legal & Compliance at UBS, and head of Corporate Strategy for UBS across Asia-Pacific. Now with her own company focusing on Executive Coaching and Corporate Consulting, Louisa is leveraging the experience of her senior international career to deliver profound insights and strategies with bottom-line impact to her clients.
